​Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Reservation of amount
When using a payment card, debit as well as credit, a reservation is made for the amount traded for. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. When the order has been dispatched, the money is withdrawn from the account. The reservation time depends on the product/service.

Debit card authorization
With a debit card, you will be able to see that the money has been reserved on your account and that your available amount will appear here as being less. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot withdraw the money, but the reservation will still apply for a period. Note that only your bank (or card issuer) will be able to cancel the reservation.

Credit card authorization
The money will only be withdrawn from your account and shown in your overview when the webshop processes and withdraws the payment for your order

All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark - Kroner (DKK), England (United Kingdom) - Pounds (GBP), Euro (EUR), Norway - Krone (NOK), Sweden - Kronor (SEK)​Gift cards from CrowdTracking ApS are issued electronically and must be redeemed on our website. Redemption takes place during point 3 of the ordering process.

CrowdTracking uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.

CrowdTracking's webshop also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Gift cards
Gift cards can be issued to a value from DKK 100 to DKK 5.000. If the gift card is used to purchase goods for a value that is less than the amount deposited, the remaining value will remain on the card.

Gift cards from CrowdTracking ApS are valid for one(1) year from the date of issue and cannot be refilled. Damaged, stolen and lost gift cards will not be replaced.

Gift cards are issued in accordance with the rules in the Payment Act.
