Right of complaint
The Purchase Act gives you the right to complain about defects in the goods which appear no later than two years after the purchase.
The right of complaint covers errors for which we are responsible. It can be:
Material defects, e.g. that a product is not made of a material that is durable enough.
Construction defects, e.g. that a product is made in such a way that it breaks during normal use.
Lack of information, e.g. that we forgot to tell you that a product is not waterproof.
Lack of instructions, e.g. that we have forgotten to tell you how to use the product so that it does not break.
Your item may have hidden faults which only become apparent after you have used the item for a while, and it is important that you complain to us as soon as possible after you have discovered the fault. In your complaint, be sure to tell us what is wrong with the item and what you require. We recommend that you complain in writing, e.g. via e-mail, so that you can later prove what we have agreed. .
You can only complain about errors for which we are responsible. If the fault with your item is due to you using the item incorrectly, we are not responsible. For example, we are not responsible for the product not working if it is as a result of you having dropped the product.
