Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. This follows from the Consumer Contracts Act.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You do this by fill out a cancellation form here. If the link does not work, you can fill in our standard cancellation form and send it by email to support@crowdtracking.eu. You will find the form in Appendix 1 at the bottom of the trading conditions. You cannot undo the purchase by refuse to receive the goods without notifying us at the same time.
If you regret part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
However, this does not apply to bundles consisting of several items and/or gift cards. Bundles are considered one combined item. If you wish to cancel the purchase of a product in a bundle, you must therefore cancel the purchase of your entire bundle and send all the goods back.
When you place a bundle order, this will be reflected in the shopping cart and your invoice.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret parts of your purchase.
Returning
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. Read more about requirements for the item's condition when returning it below.
The package must be sent by delivery to our address, we recommend PostNord, GLS or Bring. Packages delivered to the parcel shop or parcel box will not be collected.
Gift cards issued in connection with bundles, competitions and sales promotions cannot be redeemed for cash.
The condition of the item when you return it
When you return the item, it must appear in salable condition and as new. This means that you must test the product in any way necessary to determine its nature, characteristics or the way in which it functions. In other words, you must try the product in the same way, as if you inspected it in a physical store, but the item must not be used.
If you have tested the item in a way other than what is described above and this has caused its value to decrease, you are responsible for this, and will only get a part of the purchase amount refunded. In certain cases, this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a decrease in the value of the item, as the item may sustain damage during transport, for which you will be liable.
Note that this is especially true for fragile electronic components that are delivered in antistatic packaging.
Products that are configured or set at your request are required to be reset to factory settings before being returned as a result of cancellation.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.
