Shipping policy

CrowdTracking ApS uses the freight companies PostNord and GLS Express for delivery in Denmark. Delivery to Greenland and the Faroe Islands takes place with air transport with PostNord and Tusass.

​Shipping method and estimated delivery time appear when ordering the individual product.

​The range of shipping methods and thus shipping prices may therefore vary, as various reasons such as weight and the dimensions of the goods determine the shipping options.

​The expected delivery time for the order is shown when choosing the delivery method in the ordering process. In addition, we use drop shipments outside our warehouse in the form of a third-party supplier to ship orders, if this is possible.

​If you have chosen delivery to a parcel shop/parcel box where there is no space, your delivery will be redirected to a nearby parcel shop/parcel box.

​CrowdTracking ApS has taken out product insurance to cover any damage or loss of the product during transport.

​In the event that you, as a customer, choose delivery to another carrier, with the intention of forwarding the delivery, CrowdTracking ApS ceases to exist
obligations for the condition of the goods as soon as the other carrier receives and forwards the delivery.
